Introduction:
Begin with a quick poll: “Who booked a ticket or reservation online in the past week?” Use the responses to connect to students’ everyday ICT experiences. Recall prior knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and set the success criteria: students will be able to identify system characteristics, weigh pros and cons, and create a basic booking UI.
