Introduction: Did you know that each year influenza kills up to 650,000 people worldwide? Conclusion: We recap the main prevalence figures, the most significant risk factors, and how surveillance informs control strategies. Students complete a brief exit ticket summarising one new insight and one remaining question. For homework, they will research the latest influenza vaccine composition and prepare a short paragraph on its relevance to the current season. |
